Benjamin Sparks, JD, LLM

Ben has more than 20 years of industry experience as a tax attorney and trusted tax advisor. He has extensive experience with federal and international tax matters, including domestic and cross-border transactions; strategic tax planning; and tax structuring for across many different industries.

Ben has experience in various corporate transactions, including:

• Assists clients with economic and tax implications for investments and allocations in their specific situations
• Conducts tax analysis for clients in diverse industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and telecom.
• Helps private equity clients assess tax risks in acquisitions across various industries and offers guidance on transaction structuring.
• Aids founder-owned businesses in minimizing tax risk and costs during the sale process.
