Jason Armstrong

Jason is a native Texan who grew up in Houston who bleeds green and gold. As a Baylor alum, he enjoys tailgating and watching the Bears play football. When the Bears aren’t playing, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. He stole his wife’s heart after stepping over his two left feet while dancing at Red River, a country dancing bar. They now have one baby girl, Laurel, and two dogs Bear (also a Baylor fan) and a Sheep doodle named Willow.

A graduate from Baylor University, Jason started his career at Ryan, LLC where he led a team of professionals in the Complex Property tax group in Dallas. He continued his career at Weaver & Tidwell as the practice leader for their property tax group before starting Bremar & Armstrong with JP Bremar.

Jason is a state and local tax professional with more than a decade of specialized experience focused in real and personal property tax consulting across more than 40 states.

He has led clients through every aspect of the property tax process, from compliance and tax planning to valuation and appeals. Having worked directly with county and state assessors to negotiate property tax assessments and appeals, he always advocates for his clients’ best interest.
